What data we collect

Only your email address, if you join the waitlist. No other personal data is collected via this site.

Why

To notify you when access opens, give you priority access, and grant you a founding rate if you are among the first sign-ups.

Legal basis

Your consent: you sign up voluntarily via the site's form.

Retention period

3 years maximum after your last contact with us (retention period recommended by the CNIL, the French data protection authority, for prospecting data).

Data hosting

Your email is stored with Supabase, in the eu-west-2 (London, United Kingdom) region. The United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision by the European Commission: this data transfer is recognized as offering a level of protection equivalent to the GDPR, with no additional contractual safeguards required.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact contact@tessform.com. You can also unsubscribe with one click via the link in our emails.

This site does not use cookies. Traffic statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are anonymous and do not track individual visitors.
